Mad Kitty Error for Buying CF???

I just tried to buy CF and I got a mad kitty error, right after the purchase was made and never got CF. I don’t think my mom was actually charged though. So now I can’t get CF. I tried on three different devices, and nothing. Is there any way to fix this issue? I doubt it honestly but like, it’s disappointing honestly. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not sure what is going on right now. It seems that most members have issues when they get the reoccuring membership but do not have issues when getting the 12 month issue. If possible, pay with paypal.
I am having issues with the play page today after chrome updated. Possibly that is why? I am not sure.

I got charged when that happened to me…and this month I have been charged TWICE!!

I really do not know why the double charging is happening. I wish I knew and wish I could help. Contact your bank and ask them to remove 1 charge.

Just a suggestion here. If you’re planning on buying a 6 month subscription DO NOT use a debit/credit card. Use PayPal. I use PayPal for any and all purchases on FP and I’ve never had a problem. I haven’t used Zelle but if it works like PayPal then perhaps that would work too. So sorry to hear this has happened yet once again :(
